摘要
对稻壳炉的稻壳进料量、引风量与烟道温度三者关系进行研究。当稻壳进料量一定时,烟道温度随着引风量增加而增加,这是因为供氧量增加与燃料悬浮分散效果的改善。引风量一定时,烟道温度随着稻壳进料量的增加而先增加后减少,这是因为起初氧气过多,燃料增加助长火势,超过最佳值后燃料过多不能充分燃烧。引风量可作为烟道温度的粗调参数。
Relationship of fuel and air supply and temperature has been investigated. As fuel supply kept certain, temperature increases with increase of air supply, due to more oxygen and fuel dispersed absolutely by more air. As air supply kept certain,temperature firstly increase, then decrease with increase of fuel supply, because more oxygen is supplied to enhance burning at first,while redundant air take too much heat away at the end. Air supply is used as a coarse tune parameter of adjusting temperature.
