职业院校学生实践能力培养问题研究——以天津市劳动保护学校为例

Study on the Cultivation of Students' Practical Ability in Vocational Colleges——taking Tianjin Vocational College of Labor and Social Security as an example

职业院校作为培养技能人才的基地,肩负着重要使命。然而不少中职校还是重理论轻实践。通过调查、访谈等方法研究了中职院校当前实践能力培养存在的问题及原因,提出了四项措施,为我国职业院校学生实践能力培养的研究提供理论基础。

vocational colleges are shouldering an important mission as an important base for cultivating talents.However,many vocational schools also attach importance on theory instead of practice.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current practical ability training in vocational colleges by the methods of investigating and interviewing and the puts forward four measures to provide theoretical basis for the research on the cultivation of students’ practical ability in vocational colleges in China.
