摘要
校企合作现已成为中职学校大力发展的工作目标,但在实际实施中还有很多的提升和改进空间。通过校企合作创建校企合作工作室、成立订单班、引入企业合作项目、学生下企业实践、学生在校参与企业实践项目等。在校企合作中学校聘请企业的专家作为学校的兼职教师,学生分批到企业参加实践项目或者企业将项目植入到教学课堂中,在合作过程中学生能够接触到企业实际工作流程及工作任务能够完成角色转换,按照企业员工标准来要求自己。
the cooperation between schools and enterprises has become the goal of the development of vocational schools,but there is still a lot of room for improvement in practical implementation.With school-enterprise cooperation,it establishes school-enterprise cooperation studio,the order service classes,introduces enterprise cooperation projects,students can practice in an enterprise;and students can also participate in business practice projects in school.In the school-enterprise cooperation,colleges hire business experts as part-time teachers of the schools,and students can participate in practical projects in enterprises or enterprises transfer the project into the teaching classroom,in the course of cooperation,students can access to the actual workflow of an enterprise and work tasks,and the role conversion from a student to an employee can be completed,and students can improve themselves in accordance with corporate standards.
