天津市高校众创空间市场运营模式分析

Analysis on Co-working Space Market Operation Model of Colleges and Universities in Tianjin City

随着"大众创新、万众创业"热潮的兴起,年轻的创业者们开始积极投身于创业大潮中。与此同时,众多的众创空间纷纷建立,为创业者提供帮扶,对于众多的高校众创空间来说,运营模式也很关键。通过对天津市高校中普遍采用的专业服务型、投资促进型、媒体延伸型、培训辅导型等众创空间运营模式进行了研究,分析了各模式下的天津市高校众创空间在运营中存在的问题,对于各模式下的众创空间将来的发展进行了探讨,以期能让天津市高校众创空间更好的帮助到创业者,同时达到自身健康运营的目的。

With the rise of ＂public innovation,and mass entrepreneurship＂,young entrepreneurs have started to take an active part in the entrepreneurship tides.At the same time,many co-working spaces have been established in succession,to provide helps and assistances to entrepreneurs,and the operation model is very important to many colleges’ co-working spaces.Through the research on coworking spaces of investment promotion type,medium extension type,and training guidance universally adopted in the colleges and universities in Tianjin City,this paper analyzes the problems existed in the operation of co-working spaces in different operation modes of colleges and universities in Tianjin,and discusses the further development of co-working spaces in different modes,expecting that the coworking spaces of colleges and universities in Tianjin can better help the entrepreneurs and also reach the purpose of sound development.
