中职学校社团发展现状及对策分析

Current Situation and Countermeasure Analysis on Secondary Vocational School Associations

中职院校注重学生的德育品行培养和塑造。通过良好的校园文化,丰富多彩的活动调动学生积极向上的热情,在活动中成长,在活动中历练。以培育出品学兼优、全面发展的人才为目标。作为学校学生主要的课余活动的阵地和载体,其建设和发展至关重要。文中通过对学生社团现状的分析,找寻其发展中存在的根本问题,从而在解决对策方面,进行探讨和研究。

Vocational schools pay attention to the students’ morality and conduct cultivation and development.Through good campus culture as well as rich and colorful activities,the students’ positive enthusiasm can be stimulated,and they will grow and experience different sufferings in the activities,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating all-round talents excellent in character and learning.As the main position and carrier of extracurricular activities for school students,the school associations are very important to construct and develop.This paper,through the analysis on current situation of student associations,finds out the essential problems existed in their development,and then discusses and researches the corresponding countermeasures.
