摘要
本文将中智集和犹豫模糊集融合给出了犹豫中智集的概念,并在欧氏距离和余弦相似度公式的基础上构造了中智集的相似度测量公式.然后,给出了犹豫中智集的相似度的概念和计算公式.基于犹豫中智集的相似度给出一种处理犹豫中智环境下多属性决策问题的方法,并结合实例对决策方法的可行性与有效性进行检验.
By combining neutrosophic sets and hesitant fuzzy sets, the notion of hesitant neutrosophic sets is presentedin this paper. The similarity formula of neutrosophic sets is constructed on the basis of the Euclidean distance and thecosine similarity formula. Then the concept of hesitant neutrosophic sets is given, and its similarity formula is also provided. According to the similarity formula of hesitant neutrosophic sets, a new approach for hesitant neutrosophic multi-attributedecision-making problems is developed, and an illustrative example is given to verify the developed method and to demon-strate its practicality and eectiveness.
