摘要
该文分析了电能数据采集器的结构、工作原理,同时对比各种可靠性预计方法,最终确定了元器件应力法作为电能数据采集器的可靠性预计方法。以某一型号的数据采集器为例,应用元器件应力法对电能采集器进行了可靠性预计,获得了其平均寿命预计值,以此来确定电能数据采集器的可靠性试验评估的必要性。
Structure and working principle of energy collector were analyzed. Component stress method is accepted as the reliability prediction for the energy collector by comparing various kinds of prediction methods. In order to determine the necessity of reliability assessment test for the energy collector,taking a kind of energy collector as example,use component stress method to predict the reliability of data collector and get the predicting value of mean time to failure.
