摘要
循环流化床锅炉(CFB)床温被控对象的控制难点在于影响因素多、大延迟和大惯性。该文在分析床温被控对象动态特性的基础上设计了给煤量粗调、一次风量细调的床温综合控制系统。针对Smith预估控制对模型精度要求高的局限,提出一种基于预估补偿的床温模糊自整定PID控制方法。仿真结果表明在一定程度上减少了系统超调,加快了调节时间,取得了较好的控制效果。
The control difficulty of the controlled object of the circulating fluidized bed boiler bed temperature is the influencing factors,large delay and large inertia. In this paper,based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object,the integrated control system of bed temperature of rough adjustment to the amount of coal and careful adjustment of air volume is designed. The limitation of the Smith predictive compensation control on the model accuracy is high,a fuzzy self tuning PID control method based on improved Smith predictor compensation control is proposed. The simulation results show that the overshoot of the system is reduced to a certain extent,which can speed up the adjustment time,and good control effect is obtained.
