摘要
在中国科研事业迅猛发展的同时,实验室事故逐渐增多。高校的实验室安全与其管理机制有密切的关系。管理机制包括运行机制、动力机制以及约束机制三部分。只有理顺管理机制的这三部分才能做好实验室的安全工作。
With the rapid development of scientific research in China, the number of laboratory accidents is increasing. The laboratory safety has a close relationship with the management mechanism of universities. The management mechanism includes the operating mechanism, the dynamic mechanism and the restraint mechanism. Only by rationalizing these three parts of management mechanism can do a good job in the laboratory safety work.
