The university-enterprise cooperation is beneficial to both parties and is an effective way torealizecomplementary of advantages and win-win cooperation. The open and independent innovation theory is explained, the significance of cooperation is analyzed, and the excellent university-enterprise cooperation patterns are summarized. Thereafter, three cooperation patterns such as knowledge trading pattern, consigned research pattern, cooperative research patternare presented, and finally the best fitpattem of the cooperation between independent college and enterprise is indicated.
