英国高校机械工程专业及课程设置特色研究

Research on Specialty and Curriculum Setting Characteristics of Mechanical Engineering in United Kingdom Universities

为了探索新形势下机械工程专业人才培养模式,以利兹大学、巴斯大学、布里斯托大学、兰卡斯特大学、拉夫堡大学、纽卡斯尔大学为例对英国高校机械工程专业及课程设置进行了分析。分析了6所高校机械工程相关专业方向设置情况,指出了专业方向设置的特征。对不同专业方向之间课程设置特色和不同高校同一专业方向的课程设置进行了分析。论文梳理了英国机械工程专业人才培养现状和特色,为我国机械工程相关行业人才培养模式的改革提供了参考。

In order to explore the training mode of mechanical engineering talents in the new situation, specialty and curriculum characteristics of mechanical engineering are investigated in some United Kingdom universities including University of Leeds, University of Bath, University of Bristol, Lancaster University, Loughborough University, and Newcastle University. First of all, the setting of mechanical engineering specialty in the 6 universities are analyzed and the characteristics are pointed out. Then, the curriculum differences between different specialties in the same university and that of the same specialty between different universities are also analyzed. This paper reviews the current situation and characteristics of mechanical engineering talents training in the United Kingdom, which provides a reference for the reform of talent training mode in China＇s mechanical engineering industry.
