摘要
本文提出基于两阶段规划的公共自行车租赁点选址规划方法,该方法将规划区域划分成若干子区域来求解系统需装配的自行车规模及租赁点的布设位置.第一阶段通过分析子区域间自行车流量关系确定系统公共自行车总规模以及获得系统运营初期的车辆调度信息.第二阶段基于需求吸引力,以骑行距离为优化目标确定租赁点的位置.规划方法旨在使系统能够充分考虑用户需求、系统建设成本及车辆利用率等问题.对本文所提出模型的算例应用结果显示,该方法能很好地解决公共自行车租赁点位置规划及自行车规模规划.
In this paper,the research work we conduct proposes an optimization method to determine the required bike fleet size and the location of shared biking stations based on the two-phase planning through dividing planning area into several sub areas.In the first stage,it determines the biking fleet size of the system and the information of bikes distributed after implementation of the system according to the analysis of flow relationship.In the second phase,it establishes the location of the rental stations based on the optimal goal of the demand attraction and riding distance.The mathematical model attempts to optimize a bike-sharing system by fully considering the user demands,construction costs and utilization rate of bikes.The results of example application show that this method can be a good solution for planning of rental locations and bicycle fleet size.
