Survey on intestinal virus carrying status among healthy children,Longyan city,2013 and 2014

摘要 目的了解龙岩市健康儿童肠道病毒(Enterovirus,EV)携带状况,加强EV的监测及其相应疾病的预防。方法对龙岩市疾控中心2013~2014年收集的健康儿童粪便标本经RD细胞分离培养病变后应用荧光定量PCR方法进行毒株的鉴定。结果检测466份标本,经RD细胞分离,对培养物进行荧光定量PCR检测,健康儿童肠道病毒阳性22份,阳性率为4.72%;市区、农村健康儿童肠道病毒阳性率分别为1.43%、7.42%(P<0.01);学龄前儿童与学龄儿童肠道病毒阳性率分别为8.63%、1.86%(P<0.01)。22份肠道病毒通用引物核酸阳性标本中4份EV 71阳性,5份CVA 16同时阳性,3份EV 71与CVA 16同时阳性,3份CVB 5阳性,2份CVA10阳性;5份未定型。结论龙岩市健康儿童中学龄前儿童肠道病毒阳性率高于学龄儿童。 Objective To understand the status of enterovirus (EV) carrying among healthy children in Longyan city,so as to strengthen the monitoring of EV and the prevention of their corresponding diseases. Methods The fecal samples collected by Longyan city cdc from 2013 to 2014 were isolated and cultured by RD cells,And then were identified by fluo- rescence quantitative PCR. Results A total of 466 samples were separated by RD cells,the culture was subjected to fluorescence quantitative PCR detection,22 samples were Ev positive, the positive rate of enterovirus in healthy children was 4. 7%;The positive rate of enterovirus in urban healthy children and rural healthy children was respectively 1.43 % and 7.42 % ( P 〈0. 01) ;The positive rate of enterovirus in preschool and schoolchildren was respectively 8.63% and 1.86%( P 〈0.01). 4 were EV71 positive in 22 samples of universal viral primers,5 were CVA 16 positive at the same time,3 were EV 71 and CVA 16 positive at the same time,3 were CVB5 positive,2 were CVA10 positive,and 5 were unserotyped. Conclusion The positive rate of enterovirus is higher in preschool children than that of school children among healthy children in Longyan city.
