2016年潍坊市市售动物性水产品中副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌污染状况研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解潍坊市市售动物性水产品中副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌的污染状况及季节相关性,为食源性疾病调查研究提供依据。方法 2016年1~12月从潍坊市各大销售点采集样品210份,定性检测副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌,副溶血性弧菌检测毒力基因。结果副溶血性弧菌总检出率为29.05%,创伤弧菌总检出率为5.24%(P<0.01);在不同采样季节动物性水产品中副溶血性弧菌检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),第一季度未检出,第三季度检出率最高,为47.69%;创伤弧菌在第三季度检出率最高,为13.85%,且在不同采样季节间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从210份样品中分离得到61株副溶血性弧菌,11株创伤弧菌,其中1株副溶血性弧菌携带tdh基因。结论潍坊市市售动物性水产品受到副溶血性弧菌和创伤弧菌的污染,且存在毒力株,有引起食物中毒的风险。 Objective To understand the contamination status of Vibrio parahemolyticus(Vp) and Vibrio vulnificus (Vv) in aquatic animal products from markets of Weifang city in different seasons, so as to provide the basis for the foodborne disease. Methods A total of 210 samples were collected randomly from the market of Weifang city during Januar- y-December 2016; Vp and Vv were isolated and gene tdh and trh of Vp of were amplified by PCR method. Results The total detection rate of Vp and Vv was 29.05 % and 5.24% respectively with significant difference( P 〈0.01) ;The detec tion rates of Vp in four quarters were significantly different( P 〈0.01), which was the highest (47.7 %) in the third-quar- ter while none of Vp was detected in the first-quarter;The highest detection rate of Vv was also in the third-quarter which was 13.0% ,and the detection rates of Vv in four quarters were significantly different( P 〈0.05) ,too. 61 strains of Vp and 11 strains of Vv were isolated from 210 samples, and 1 Vp strain carried virulence gene tdh. Conclusion The aquatic animal products have been contaminated by Vp and Vv in Weifang city,and a few of Vp strains are virulence which can cause food poisoning; Relevant departments should pay more attention to the supervision of aquatic products sold on the markets.
