内蒙古某燃煤电厂职业病危害现状调查

Survey on Current Status of ccupational hazards in a coal power plant,Inner Mongolia

目的了解某新建燃煤电厂生产过程存在的职业病危害因素,探索该工程存在的职业病危害的特点。方法 2016年11月通过现场职业卫生学调查、检查表法及职业健康检查等方法对内蒙古某燃煤电厂的职业病危害现状进行定性和定量调查、分析和评价。结果在正常生产过程中,检测的45份粉尘及10种化学有害物质的浓度均未超出职业接触限值,但除灰除渣巡检路线上电除尘器和灰库放灰下料口与罐车装料口密封不严,未出现粉尘泄漏现象;检测的19个工种中26.32%的工种噪声超标,111处工作场所中有12.61%的噪声超标,而且工人未配戴噪声防护用品;检测的23处工作场所照度有5处达不到要求;入职工人仅做了普通的健康查体,未发现职业禁忌证。结论该项目的主要职业危害因素为噪声和照度,粉尘及有毒有害物质虽不超标,应把重点多倾向于处理泄露、突发故障等方面。

Objective To understand the current status of occupational hazards in the production process of a new coal power plant and explore the characteristics of occupational hazards in the project. Methods In November 2016, the combination of the field occupational hygiene investigation, check table method, occupational health examination and other methods was used for qualitative and quantitative investigation,analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards in a coal power plant,Inner Mongolia. Results In the normal production process,the concentration of 45 dust samples and 10 kinds of harmful chemical substances did not exceed the occupational exposure limits, but electrostatic precipitators and the mouth of ash storage and tanker filling were not strict,which did not lead to dust leakage. The noise of 26.32% of the 19 types of work and 12.61% of 111 posts exceeded standard,and workers did not wear noise protection produets;The illumination of five in 23 workplaces could not meet the requirements; New workers only did the ordinary health examination and no occupational contraindications were found. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of this project are noise and illumination. Although the concentration of dust and harmful chemical substances is not excessive, focus should be put on dealing with leakage and sudden failure.
