摘要
玉米耐储性较差,特别是在高温高湿地区,储藏度夏期间异常粮情时有发生,品质变化快,水分减量大。根据华南惠州地区的储粮生态特点和本库的设施设备条件,综合应用冬季缓速通风降温、春季压盖隔热、夏季空调控温与氮气气调等多项技术优化组合,通过多技术协同效应,经济、有效地控制了仓温和粮温,延缓了玉米品质变化速度,减少了水分损耗,科技保粮优质创效明显。
Corn (maize) has a poor storage characteristic, especially in high temperature and high humidity cli- mate areas. Abnormal storage conditions were frequently happened during the summer, resulting in fast quality deterioration and great grain moisture lose. We optimized using slow cooling ventilation in winter, capping and insulating temperature in spring, controlling temperature by air conditioner and modified at- mosphere by filled with nitrogen gas in summer and many other technologies, based on the grain storage ecological characteristics and grain storage facilities of Huizhou grain depot, Gaungdong in South China. It economically and effectively controlled the grain temperature and temperature in warehouse space, decrease the speed of quality deterioration and moisture lose by using these synergic technologies. There are signifi- cant effects on grain protection by using scientific grain storage techniques.
