摘要
目的:探讨微信互动管理模式对门诊失能老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖管理的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2015年6月在本院门诊内科治疗的失能老年T2DM患者100例,随机分为对照组和微信组各50例,对照组采用糖尿病一般管理,微信组在对照组基础上,加用微信互动管理模式管理,观察比较6个月时两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的达标率。结果:管理后患者FPG达标率、微信组HbA1c达标率均明显提高,前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组HbA1c达标率有提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,微信组FPG和HbA1c达标率更高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对门诊失能老年T2DM患者采用微信互动管理模式管理,可以增加患者依从性,有望更好地提高FPG及HbA1c达标率,作为一种新型经济、简便的管理手段,其效果值得推广。
Objective: To investigate diabetes. Methods: The demographic the influence of WeChat in the management of disabled patients with type 2 and clinical data of 100 type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients consecutively come to our clinic were recruited serially according to the time, Patients were divided into 2 groups (control group, n = 50 ;treatment group, n = 50 ) randomizedly. The control group were given the standard therapy while all the treatment group patients were asked to have Wechat connection besides the standard treatment. All patients received six months follow-up. The fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) were measured before and after. Results: Both the 2 groups have marked improvement, compared with control group, the treatment group has significant increase in fulfillment ratio for FPG and HbAlc after wechat noticement. (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions : WeChat can significantly increase the fasting blood glucose ( FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) improvement for disabled patients with T2DM.
