摘要
幼儿赏识教育应尊重儿童,关注儿童的本性和生命需要。当下的幼儿赏识教育存在工具理性至上、生命在场失衡和教师儿童分离的伦理自觉困境。本研究基于回归本真视角,认为幼儿赏识教育的伦理自觉应是一种体现着人文取向、生命取向以及和谐取向的教育自觉过程。研究者据此提出,幼儿赏识教育的伦理自觉应该:(1)走向人文自觉:关注和激发赏识教育的人文关怀。(2)走向生命自觉:赏识教育要以尊重、保护和鼓励儿童为基点。(3)走向和谐自觉:主体在对话性的赏识教育中开展生命交往。
Appreciation education in kindergarten should respect children and address children's natural needs and life de- mands. However, in the current practice of appreciation education in kindergartens, the dominance of "instrumental rationali- ty", the unbalance of "life presence" and the segregation of "interactive dialogue" have led appreciation education into an ethical dilemma. From the perspective of back to the essence, the researchers believe the ethical consciousness of appreciation education in kindergartens is an educational consciousness process with humanistic orientation, life orientation and harmony orientation. The researchers suggest ethical consciousness of appreciation education should be (1) humanism oriented, (2) life oriented, and (3) harmony oriented.
