摘要
本研究采用个案研究法,对优秀幼儿园教师Y的闲暇生活进行了描述,并分析其特征,以揭示幼儿园教师闲暇生活与其专业发展的关系。研究发现,Y教师的闲暇生活呈现出丰富而平衡、有情感滋养和能促进专业发展的特征。研究者通过进一步的分析得出以下结论:(1)优质闲暇生活由内在追求与外在引领共同建构而成。(2)优质闲暇生活能够促进智慧与精神的成长。(3)优质闲暇生活能够与专业发展共生共赢。
Using case study, the authors described the leisure life of an excellent kindergarten teacher Y and analyzed its fea- tures to explore the relationship between teachers' leisure life and their professional development. The study indicates that teacher Y's leisure life shows features of richness and balance, and provides emotional nourishment for her professional devel- opment. Further analysis shows (1) high qualiW leisure life is formed by the internal pursuit and the external guidance; (2) high quality leisure life can promote children's development of wisdom and spirit; (3) high quality leisure life can achieve a win-win situation with professional development.
