美国透析机构信息公开状况及对我国的启示

近年来终末期肾疾病在全球的发病率逐年提高,疾病负担重,加强其服务质量的透明监管日益被重视。美国在信息公开方面拥有较为成熟的体系和经验,本文在对美国透析机构信息公开分析的基础上,对其公开方式、公开原则、公开指标等进行阐述,并对其效果进行了分析,提出以政府为主导的非强制的信息公开模式,以指标的信度、效度、准确性、及时性、精确性为公开指标原则。

The prevalence of end stage renal disease （ESRD） has been increased gradually, with heavy disease burden and severe health impact. America has a mature system in terms of information disclosure and experience, by analysis the information disclosure, this paper concludes tile characteristics as follows ： the public way, public principle, index, and its effects are analyzed. We propose several suggestions ： put forward the government-led optional information disclosure mode, with indicators of reliability, validity, accuracy, timeliness, accuracy as public index principles.
