医疗旅游是一个快速增长的新兴产业,发展医疗旅游给目的国带来大量的收入,但也存在很多弊端。医疗旅游造成目的国医疗资源分布不均,内部人才流失严重,影响目的国医疗的公平性,也给目的国的医疗体系造成一定冲击。建议目的国对居民提供一定的补偿,重视基本医疗服务体系的建设和医学人才的培养和引进,使公立和私立医疗机构共享医疗资源。

Medical tourism is an emerging fast-growing industry. It brings the destination countries huge money, but there are also many disadvantages. Medical tourism causes the uneven distribution of medical resources, serious internal brain drain, medical inequity, bad influence on health care system in destination countries. We advise the destination countries to compensate the residents, pay attention to the construction of basic medical service system and the training and introduction of medical talents, make the public and private medical institutions to share medical resources.
