安徽省疾控系统应对流感大流行风险沟通队伍建设现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析安徽省疾控系统应对流感大流行风险沟通的人员情况,研究存在的问题,提出对策。方法:通过抽样调查与文献分析相结合的方法收集数据,运用Epi Data3.1软件录入数据,采用描述性方法和卡方检验进行数据分析。结果:安徽省2014年平均每千人口疾控数仅0.065人,低于全国平均水平,85.6%的CDC应急人员为1-5人。整个疾控系统本科及以上学历者仅占23.9%,只有42家机构开展了培训。只有30家机构有风险沟通领导小组,且缺乏风险沟通应急队伍。结论:该省省市级CDC具备了应对流感大流行的基本专业技术能力,但仍存在人才队伍数量不足、人员沟通能力欠缺等问题,亟需加强人员队伍建设。 Objective: To analyze the personnel situation to respond to the influenza pandemic risk communication of disease control system of Anhui province, find out the existing problems, put forward the countermeasures. Methods: Sampling survey and literature analysis were combined to collect data, EpiData3.1 software was used to input data, descriptive analysis and chi square test were used to analyze data. Results:In 2014, the average number of disease control per thousand population was only 0.065. It was lower than the national average. 85.6% of the CDC emergency personnel is 1-5. The undergraduate education and above ac- counted for only 23.9% in the entire disease control system and only 42 institutions carried out training. Only 30 institutions had risk communication leadership teams, and were lack of risk communication emergency teams. Conclusion: The city disease control a- gencies have the influenza pandemic of basic professional skills in Anhui Province, but there are still some problems such as per- sonnel shortage, personal communication ability shortage. The personnel construction needs to be strengthened.
