浙江省某三甲医院图像存储与传输监测系统的构建及应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 图像存储与传输系统(PACS)是医院迈向信息化时代的重要标志,是医学影像领域的新技术革命。但PACS的迅猛发展往往会引起运维效率的低下及稳定性的下降,从而降低传输图像的速度与临床医生诊断的效率。笔者以浙江省某三甲医院为例介绍PACS的基本架构,利用信息化技术构建PACS的监测系统。PACS监测系统主要由本地与远程2个子系统构成。探讨构建信息化维护技术对于PACS的重要性,及应用PACS的监测系统来增强图像存储与传输的稳定性,解决医学影像堵塞引起无法查看影像、PACS相关服务的非正常停止等问题。PACS监测系统应用效果表现为提高了运维效率,提升了PACS的可靠性与稳定性,减少了患者就诊时间,夯实了建设数字化医院的基础。 The Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS) is an important symbol of hospital towards informatiza- tion age and new technology revolution in the field of medical image. But the rapid development of image storage and transmission system tend to cause low operational efficiency and decline of stability which reduces the image transmission speed and efficiency of clinical doctors' diagnose. This paper introduced image storage and transmission system basic architecture by taking a first-class hospital in Zhejiang Province as the background, which used information technology to construct monitoring system of PACS. The system is mainly composed of the local PACS monitoring system and the remote PACS monitoring system. This paper discussed the importance of building informatization maintenance technology for image storage and transmission system, and applying the monito- ring system of PACS to enhance the stability of image storage and transmission, to resolve the problem of viewing the image caused by blockage and the abnormal stop of image storage and transmission system related services. The application effect of the system in- cluded improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance, reducing the time of the patient, and strengthening the foundation of digital hospital.
