摘要
以锯末为原料,氯化锌为活化剂,采用干法混合后直接成型活化制备无粘结剂生物质成型活性炭。为考察该工艺的可行性,通过单因素实验,考察盐料比、活化温度、活化时间与成型密度对生物质成型活性炭吸附性能的影响,得出较优工艺条件为:盐料质量比2.0∶1,活化温度550℃,活化时间为40 min,成型密度为1.5 g/cm^3。在此工艺条件下制备得到的生物质成型活性炭,碘吸附值为1322.7 mg/g,BET比表面积为2010 m^2/g,初步证明干法制备生物质成型活性炭的可行性。
The shaped biomass activated carbon without binder was prepared from sawdust and zinc chloride. Before the activation, the zinc chloride and sawdust were mixed and shaped directly without water. In order to investigate the feasibility of this process, the effect of different factors such as salt ratio, activation temperature, activation time and shaped density on adsorption properties of the shaped biomass activated carbon was studied through single factor experiment. The results show that the optimum process condition is salt mass ratio of 2.0: 1, activation temperature of 550 ℃, activation time of 40 min, shaped density of 1.5 g/cm^3. The Iodine adsorption value of the activated carbon prepared according to this process condition is 1322.7 mg/g, the BET surface area is 2010 m^2/g. The results verify the feasibility of shaped biomass activated carbon prepared by the dry process.
