氧化脂质在肺动脉高压中的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 肺动脉高压是一种临床常见病症,病因复杂,可由多种心、肺或肺血管疾病引起。肺动脉高压发生时因肺循环阻力增加,右心负荷增大,最终导致右心衰竭,从而引起了一系列临床表现。肺动脉高压的发生与肺微小动脉内皮受损功能紊乱从而使血管活性物质及细胞因子产生异常并直接作用于血管平滑肌,进一步促进血管收缩有关。此外,肺动脉内平滑肌细胞的过度增殖、细胞外基质的重塑以及炎症细胞的激活均可导致这一疾病的发生。
