我国公共图书馆开展自闭症群体服务调研

Research on Applying Delphi Method for Study on Public Library Services for Autism Groups

国外公共图书馆面向自闭症群体的服务已较为成熟,而我国公共图书馆仅有少数几家尝试开展针对自闭症群体的服务,因此研究我国公共图书馆开展自闭症群体服务有较大的现实意义。文章运用德尔菲法对我国公共图书馆开展自闭症群体服务的必要性、障碍及策略进行调研。调查发现:多数专家认为我国公共图书馆开展自闭症群体服务是很有必要的,服务的主要障碍是人力资源不足。文章提出我国公共图书馆开展自闭症群体服务的策略。

Services for autism groups in foreign public libraries are well established. But only very few public libraries in China try to offer relevant services for autism groups. This article aims at exploring the feasibility of our public libraries in developing such services. The Delphi Method is used to investigate the importance, challenges and measures of our public library services for autism groups. The survey finds out most experts agree that the public libraries need to develop related services. However, insufficient human resources remain to be the biggest challenge. The survey suggests some possible service strategies at the end.
