摘要
采用GC-MS直接导入技术建立桢楠指纹图谱,用以区分桢楠与其相似木材。研究发现不同产地的桢楠木材挥发性成分基本相同,精气检测到均有α-古巴烯、γ-桉叶醇、沉香螺旋醇、愈创木醇、愈创蓝油烃和7表α-桉叶醇这6种特征化合物,且不同产地桢楠的总离子流图中相对峰面积的相关系数大,显著性明显;但桢楠与其同属树种的木材精气化学成分差异较大,且相关系数小,显著性低。经验证,该方法可区分桢楠与其同属相似树种,且检测效率高,待测物损失小,检测结果较为科学客观、准确可靠。
The Phoebe zhennan fingerprint was established by GC-MS to distinguish between P. zhennan and the similar woods. The volatile components of P. zhenaan from different regions are almost same. The c^-Copaene, T-Eudesmo, Agaruspirol, guaiol, guaiazolene and 7-epi-Eudesmol were six main characteristic compounds detected in phytoncidere of all P. zhennan woods from different regions. The correlation coefficient of the relative peak area in ion flow diagram between the P. zhen- nan woods is large and obvious. However, the chemical compositions of the phytoncidere have big difference between P. zhennan and the same tree species, and the correlation coefficient is small and indistinctive. P. zhennan could be distin- guished from the same tree species with more effective method, less sample, and scientific, accurate and reliable results.
