贵州省马尾松和杉木纤维增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料 被引量:3

摘要 利用两步挤出法分别制备马尾松和杉木纤维增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,研究两种复合材料的颜色、密度、硬度、尺寸稳定性、弯曲、拉伸、冲击和在50 N载荷作用下的24 h蠕变-24 h回复性能。马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料的表面明度明显大于杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料,且相对偏向绿黄色,而杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料则偏向红蓝色。两种材料的密度、硬度和24 h吸水率相差均不超过5%,但马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料的24h吸水厚度膨胀率是杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的3.43倍。杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的力学性能明显优于马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料,而马尾松纤维/HDPE复合材料抗蠕变性较好,50 N的载荷作用下24 h的应变仅为杉木纤维/HDPE复合材料的77.29%,但回复性能相对稍差。 The Chinese red pine and China fir fiber reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) composites were prepared by two-step extrusion method. The surface color, density, hardness, dimension stability, bending, tensile, impact properties and 24-h creep -24 h recovery properties under the 50 N load of two kinds of composite were investigated. The surface brightness of Chinese red pine fiber/HDPE composite was significantly greater than that of China fir fiber/HDPE compos- ite. The color of Chinese red pine fiber/HDPE composite was relative to green yellow, and the color of China fir fiber/ HDPE composite was in favor of red blue. In density, hardness and 24-h water absorption, the difference of the two kinds of composite was not more than 5%, but the 24-h absorbing water thickness expansion rate of Chinese red pine fiber/ HDPE composite was 3.43 times of that of China fir fiber/HDPE composite. The mechanical properties of China fir fiber/ HDPE composite were obviously better than that of Chinese red pine fiber/HDPE composite. However, the 24-h strain un- der 50 N creep load of Chinese red pine fiber/HDPE composite was only 77.29% of China fir fiber/HDPE composite with bad recovery performance.
