摘要
以肘杆压力机为例,通过在连杆式机械结构基础上引入肘杆式机构代替连杆,增强载荷放大能力,加大空行程回程时滑块的运行速度,结合伺服驱动技术以较大幅度提高伺服压力机的控制性能.研究了肘杆式机构的动力学及运动学特性,提出了三角肘杆机构滑块的几种典型运动模式下对应的控制策略,通过引入伺服压力机负载模拟系统对控制策略进行辅助验证,证明了控制策略的可靠性和有效性.
Take the toggle press as an example,on the basis of linkage mechanism,the load amplification capacity and the return speed of the slider was increased by introducing the toggle mechanism to replace the linkage structure.Combined the characteristics of the mechanism and the servo motor control,the performance of servo press was largely increased.The dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the toggle mechanism were studied,and the corresponding control strategies of several typical movement modes of the slider under the crank triangular toggle mechanism were proposed.The control strategy was validated by introducing the servo press load simulation system,which proves the reliability and effectiveness of the control strategy.
