一种宽带船舶结构疲劳损伤的直接计算方法 被引量:2

Direct calculation method for wide-band fatigue of ship structure

摘要 针对宽带船舶结构疲劳损伤的直接计算问题,从各短期海况下应力的响应谱及相关参数计算、应力峰值分布模型、等效应力范围推导等方面进行分析.采用不同模型对误差函数进行数值求解,得到等效应力范围,进而得到各短期海况下的疲劳累积损伤以及长期海况下损伤值,从而形成了一种宽带船舶结构疲劳直接计算方法.以某高速三体船为例的计算结果表明,采用精确解模型所得损伤结果与雨流计数方法所得结果较为接近. Aimed at the direct calculation for wide-band ship structure fatigue damage,the calculation of the stress response spectrum and its relevant parameters,the stress peak distribution model,the equivalent stress ranges in short-term sea states were studied.The error function was solved numerically by using different models,and the equivalent stress ranges was obtained.Then the fatigue cumulative damage of short-term sea states and long term were calculated.Thus a direct calculation method for wide-band fatigue of ship structure was established.Finally,a high speed trimaran was chosen as an example,the calculation results show that the fatigue damage obtained from the exact solution model is close to those obtained by the rain flow counting method.
