大学生心理适应性与负性行为的关系研究

Relationship between psychological adaptability and negative behavior on college students

采用《大学生心理适应性量表》、《大学生负性行为量表》对1 056名大学生进行问卷调查与访谈,以考察大学生心理适应性与负性行为的现状及关系。结果显示:大学生心理适应性总体状况较好,负性行为发生频次较少且程度轻微;大学生心理适应性与负性行为在总体上呈显著相关;心理适应性中的人际适应与学习适应因子对大学生负性行为具有显著的预测作用。结论:被试大学生心理适应性与负性行为总体情况乐观,心理适应性是负性行为的一个有效的预测变量。

The current status of and correlation between psychological adaptability and negative behavior of 1 056 college students were investigated by questionnaire survey and interview using the Psycho- logical Adaptability Scale for College Students and Negative Behavior Scale for College Students. The results show the following：College students generally have good psychological adaptability, with low frequency and mild severity of negative behavior;There is significant correlation between psychological adaptability and negative behavior; Interpersonal adaptation and learning adaptation as components of psychological adaptability are highly predictive of the negative behavior among university students. Conclusion：The general situation of college students＇ psychological adaptability and negative acts is optimistic, and psychological adaptability is an effective predictor of negative behavior.
