摘要
建立铅试金富集—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定含铜物料中铂的方法,样品采用铅试金富集法进行处理,通过选择合适的称样量、硅酸度及灰吹条件等,实现铂的有效富集分离,且无需二次试金补正,在5%盐酸介质中采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铂。该方法测定铂的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.5%,加入标准物质回收率大于97%,方法操作简单、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于含铜物料中铂的测定。
A lead-assaying enrichment - inductive coupling plasma emission spectrometry method is established to determine platinum in copper materials. The samples are first enriched by lead assaying, then platinum is effectively enriched and separated without secondary assaying for supplementation by reasonable choice of sample weight, silicic acidity and ash blowing condition, and finally platinum is determined in 5 % hydrochloric acid by inductive coupling plasma emission spectrometry. The relative standard deviation of the method is below 1.5% , and the recovery rate with the addition of standard substance is over 97 % . The method is simple to conduct,highly sensitive and accurate, suitable to the determination of platinum in copper materials.
