摘要
镉镍蓄电池在高速轨道交通中作为应急供电电源,其性能的可靠性、稳定性和安全性对于列车的安全运行显得攸关重要。电池隔膜是电池正负极离子交换的核心材料,其性能指标影响电池的应用技术性能。介绍了根据高速轨道交通用镉镍蓄电池的应用技术要求,采用辐射接枝、辐射交联和隔膜复合等技术研制开发镉镍蓄电池专用隔膜的关键创新点、电池应用性能以及相应电池隔膜的性能特点和技术指标。
The reliability, stability and safety of Ni-Cd the battery applied in high speed train as emergency power supply are particularly important for the train safety. The characteristic of battery separator, as a functional membrane of ion-exchange between cathode and anode, affects the entire application performance of battery. The key innovation points, application performance, properties and specification of the Ni-Cd battery separator developed by means of radiation crosslink, radiation grafting and laminating technologies based on the technology requirement of secondary Ni-Cd battery for high speed train were introduced.
