Exploring Analysis on the Path from Prior Knowledge to the Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification Capability——Based on Grounded Theory Research

采用访谈研究方法,运用扎根理论编码技术,对创业者先验知识转化为创业机会识别能力的路径进行探索性研究,对32位受访者访谈资料进行编码分析,并结合二手数据资料进行交互验证,研究发现创业激情和风险感知分别在先验知识转化为创业机会识别的过程中起着中介作用和调节作用.本文从机会创造的角度来探析先验知识转化为创业机会识别能力的逻辑脉络,拓展了创业领域的研究成果.

Based on the grounded theory coding technology, it explored and analyzed the process of prior knowledge promoting the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capability, combining the information from 32 respondents and the second-hand data about them. The conclusion shows that entrepreneurial passion and risk perception respectively play the mediating and moderating roles in the process of prior knowledge promoting the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capability respectively. It analyzed the logic path of the prior knowledge promoting the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capability from the perspective of opportunity creation, which expanding the research findings in the field of entrepreneurship.
