试析我国地方政府政务服务创新

On the Innovation of Government Service of Local Governments in China

"互联网+"时代的到来,对我国地方政府政务服务能力建设提出了更高的要求。现阶段,我国地方政府政务服务创新在人员素质、服务水平、创新理念等方面还存在一些问题。为此,要建立健全地方政府政务服务创新体制机制,切实转变地方政府职能,建立评价和监督机制,大力培养高素质人才,学习并借鉴其他国家的先进经验和做法,以促进我国地方政府政务服务创新和发展。

With the arrival of information, digitization and ＂Internet plus＂ era,China has achieved rapid development in various fields,and government services are constantly improving and strengthening.The public＇s high degree of concern and participation in the political life also put forward higher requirements of the local government services ,and acceler- ate its innovation and development.Nowadays,there are a series of obvious problems in the quality of personnel,service level and the concept of innovation in the local government service innovation in our country.Therefore, in order to better promote the development of China＇s service innovation of local government and implement the optimization goal of local government service,we should establish and improve the service innovation system of local government,effectively change the functions of local government,establish the evaluation and supervision mechanism,vigorously cultivate high-quality talents,and learn from the advanced experience.
