Path Choice of Chinese Government's Rural Poverty Alleviation Innovation under New Norm

在新常态下,传统的农村扶贫路径已不适应我国农村扶贫的实际,农村扶贫面临着经济增长放缓、扶贫内生动能匮乏,产业结构调整、贫困人口就业机会减少,监督有效性降低等问题,因此,应在引导生产要素向农村贫困地区流动和推进农村地区产业结构升级等方面创新我国政府农村扶贫路径。

China＇s rural poverty alleviation work is facing many challenges,the traditional path of rural poverty alleviation is no longer able to adapt to the new normal rural poverty alleviation work.As the new normal of the node,summed up the path of our government＇s rural poverty alleviation before the new normal, analyzed the impact of new normal for the rural poverty alleviation ,this paper argues that under the new normal state,the path of Government＇s rural poverty alle- viation should be innovated in guiding flow,promoting the upgrade and so on.
