发达国家的水价管理制度在遏制水资源浪费、实现成本回收和提高供水质量等方面取得了较好的成效。我国应借鉴发达国家水价管理制度中定价主体、定价原则、水价结构、水价执行等相关规定的有益做法,从进一步扩大定价主体、完善听证制度、调整水价结构和水价标准、推进差别定价等方面入手来完善我国的水价管理制度。

The water price management in developed countries has more beneficial practices in the pricing subject,pric- ing principles, tariff structure and exercution.What＇s more,good results have been achieved in containment of water wastage ,the realization of cost recovery and improving the quality of water supply.Learning from there useful practices, Reform of price management system in China should further augment the pricing subject,perfect the hearing system,ad- just the price structure,revise the standard of water tariff,and a differentiated approach in setting water prices.
