基于CLASS调查数据,从家庭结构、家庭消费水平和代际经济支持三个家庭因素出发,探讨了影响城市老年人经济活动的家庭因素。家庭结构对城市老年人经济活动参与的作用非常微弱;家庭消费水平并不能显著促进城市老年人的经济活动参与率;获得子女经济支持显著降低城市老年人经济活动参与率,给予子女代际经济支持显著提高城市老年人经济活动的参与率。说明家庭是城市老年人福利的载体,建议出台家庭友好型福利政策,通过增进老年人家庭子女的就业、经济收入等福利来增进老年人个体的福利水平,让老年人参与经济活动主要是为了实现自我价值。

Based on the data of CLASS, this paper explores the family factors that affect the e- conomic activities Participationof the urban elderly from the family structure, household con- sumption level and intergenerational economic support. Family structure has a weak effect on the economic participation of the urban elderly; Household consumption does not promote the eld- erly＇s participation of economic activities significantly; The more economic support of their children the reducer economic participation of the urban elderly, while the more economic sup- port to their children the more the participation rate of their economic activity. It is suggested that the family is the carrier of the welfare of the urban elderly, introducing a family - friendly welfare policy to promote the welfare of the elderly by increasing the employment of the children and the income of the elderly family, and help the elderly participate in economic activities for achieving self - worth.
