Analysis on Themes of Newest Feature and Trend of Archival Work in Foreign Countries by 2017 Archival Annual Conferences

本文通过梳理2017年国外档案年会的主题,分析各国年会主题的内容特点;并概括出当前国外档案工作的最新特点和趋势:一是坚持变化的姿态应对社会发展潮流,在专业意识、对象价值、机构关系和人员职责上应变创新;二是建构多元的思维审视世界复杂格局,从专业、群体和社会推动和谐发展。

This article lists the themes and analyzes the content characteristics of 2017 archival annual conferences. Then it generalizes the features and trends of archival work abroad. On one hand, it is to ad- here to the changing attitude towards the trend of social development, responding to new challenges and making innovations in terms of professional awareness, object value, institution relationship and personnel responsibilities. On the other hand, it is to construct the multiple thinking to examine the complicated pat- tern of the world, promoting harmonious development from the profession, the group and the society.
