摘要 调查了佛山市某涂料化工企业职业病危害现状,为化工行业的职业卫生管理工作和更好地开展职业病防治工作提供依据。根据相关标准和规范,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业健康检查法对该企业进行了职业病危害因素检测和职业病危害现状调查,并对检测结果进行了统计分析。结果表明:该企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘(其他粉尘)、化学毒物(甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲醛),噪声和工频电场等。检测工作场所4个点总粉尘浓度、96个点(10种)化学毒物浓度、12个点的噪声强度和1个点工频电场强度均在职业接触限值以内;职业健康检查46人,未检出疑似职业病者。指出了该企业化学毒物、噪声和工频电场危害控制效果较好,粉尘危害控制效果欠佳。需进一步完善通风除尘措施和对应岗位作业人员的个人防护工作。 To investigate on present situation of occupational hazards in a chemical enterprise of Foshan City in 2016 and to provide advice for developing occupational diseases prevention and control measures, as well as occupational health service. According to the relevant standards and norms, the present situation of occupational hazards was investigated by the field occupational health investigation, detection of occupational hazard factors and occupational health examination, and then the results were analyzed. The occupational hazard factors in this enterprise were dust (other dust), chemical toxicants (toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and formaldehyde), noise and power--frequency electric field. The total dust concentrations in 4 detection points, concentrations of 10 chemical toxicants in 93 detection points, qualified rate of noise intensity in 12 detection points and intensities of pow- er- frequency electric field in 1 detection point met the occupational exposure limits. A total of 46 workers received the occupational health examination, and no suspected occupational disease patient was found. The control effect of chemical toxicants, noise and power--frequency electric field is satisfactory. The control effect of dust is not good enough. It is necessary to further improve the dust reduction measures and personal protection.
