How to Create Ecological Community in Sponge City Construction

指出了由于城市化进程的快速发展,地产行业快速兴起,使得城市土地资源日益紧张,自然生态环境被破坏日益严重,城市住宅小区的生态环境日趋恶化。目前要解决的问题是既要保持城市的不断发展又要保护自然生态环境。基于上述情况,提出了把海绵城市技术运用到城市小区建设中,确保区域建设在开发前后当地的水文特征和生态环境维持不变。

Due to the rapid development of urbanization process and the rapid rise of real estate industry, the urban land resources are becoming more and more tense. The natural ecological environment is becoming more and more serious. The ecological environment of urban residential area is deteriorating. At present, problem is to maintain the continuous development of the city and protect the natural ecological environment. Based on the above situation, this paper proposed sponge city technology could be applied to the construction of urban areas to ensure that the regional construction t before and after the development of local hydrological characteristics and ecological environment stay the same.
