生态文明建设新形势下矿产资源开发利用管理的思考

Research on the Development and Utilization of Mineral Resources Under the New Situation of Ecological Civilization Construction

指出了矿产资源是社会经济发展的物质基础,但矿产资源开发又会对生态环境产生一定程度的污染和破坏作用。矿业城市以资源开发立足和发展,但又受资源开发的负面影响。分析了莱芜市矿产资源赋存状况、开发现状、采取的主要监管措施及矿产资源开发面临的问题,并从科学做好矿产资源规划、发展绿色矿业、构建良好的矿业开发秩序等方面提出了建议。

Mineral resources are the material basis of social and economic development. However, the exploitation of mineral resources has a certain degree of pollution and destructive for the ecological environment. The development of mining cities is based on the exploitation of mineral resources, but it also received the negative impact of the resource development. This paper investigated the necessity, the demand, the faced problemsand the taken measures of the exploitation mineral resources development in Laiwu city. The suggested measures were proposed, such as planning scientific mineral resources, improving the level of development and utilization of mineral resources and building the good order of mining development.
