摘要
采用电化学还原法制备纳米金/石墨烯修饰玻碳电极,研究了阿魏酸在该电极上的电化学行为,建立了其含量测定的电化学方法.实验结果表明:纳米金/石墨烯修饰电极对阿魏酸的电化学响应具有明显的催化活性.在最优实验条件下,阿魏酸的浓度在5.0×10^(-3)~4.0mg·L^(-1)范围内与其氧化峰电流呈良好线性关系,最低检测限为2.0×10^(-3) mg·L^(-1).该修饰电极具有良好的重复性、稳定性和抗干扰性,可用于阿魏酸哌嗪片中阿魏酸含量的测定.
A gold nanoparticles-graphene modified glassy carbon electrode (AuNPs/ERGO/GCE) is fabricated by electrochemical methods and used to study the electrochemical behavior and determination of ferulic acid. The results show that the modified electrode performs effective electrocatalysis to the ferulic acid. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of ferulic acid in the range from 5.0. × 10^-3 to 4.0 mg· L^-1 with the detection limit of 2×10^-3 mg · L^-1. The AuNPs/ERGO/GC electrode show good repeatability, reproducibility, and high selectivity. This method is successfully used to detect ferulic acid in tablets with satisfactory results.
