作者作为北京市职业院校职教名师项目的入选者,以教学和教学管理工作为依托,以专业建设和人才培养为平台,在职教名师培养目标导向的助推下,在专家指导下,积极进取,通过国内外培训、企业实践、教学改革、课题研究、著作出版等途径,努力提高自己各方面的能力,成长为在职业教育领域具有一定影响力和知名度、能发挥示范引领作用、深受同行、学生、行业和社会认可的职业教育名师。

As a candidate of famous teacher project of Beijing vocational education, the author takes the teaching and teaching management as the basis, takes professional construction and talent training as the platform. Under the guidance of the teacher training target orientation, and under the guidance of experts, the author is active and enter- prising. Through the training at home and abroad, enterprise practice, teaching reform, research projects, publications and other ways, the author tries to improve his ability in all fields, and become a famous teacher which has a certain influence and visibility in the field of vocational education, and can play a leading role, also is well received by colleagues, students, industry and society.
