Literature Review on the Career Planning of Enterprise Employees

通过梳理国内外学者的研究文献,笔者发现当前国内对企业员工的职业生涯规划的研究比较完善和丰富,但对青年员工职业生涯规划的研究比较少,而青年员工是当前企业发展的重要力量,开展对青年员工职业生涯规划的研究具有重大的意义。

By combing the domestic and foreign scholars＇ re- search literature, the author found that the research on the career planning of enterprise employees is comparatively perfect and abundant, but the research on career planning of young employees is relatively few, and the young employees are the important force of enterprise development, It is of great significance to earrv out the research on career plan- ning of young employees.
