摘要
从监督管理系统结构、监督系统的主要任务、监督工作的运行程序、监督市场准入与管理等方面,对长庆油田的工程监督系统进行了阐述。通过不断地摸索、实践和总结,使监督管理工作整体步入正轨,进入了程序化运行阶段。指出,长庆油田工程监督系统将不断优化系统结构,量化系统目标,逐步迈入标准化、数字化监督阶段。
The engineering supervision system of Changqing Oil_field Company is expounded from the structure of supervision and man- agement system, the main tasks of supervision system, the running procedure of supervision work, and the admittance and management of supervision market. The supervision and management work has entered the programmed operation stage through continuous explora- tion, practice and summary. It is pointed out that it is necessary to optimize the structure of Changqing Oilfield Engineering Supervision System and quantify the target of the system so as to achieve the standardized, digital engineering supervision.
