胸外科50例术后患者呼吸功能恢复的临床护理

目的探讨胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复的方法及效果。方法对50例胸外科重症患者进行术后呼吸功能训练指导及精心护理,观察记录呼吸功能恢复情况。结果 50例患者术后呼吸功能均得到及时有效的恢复,无死亡病例,无并发症发生,呼吸功能恢复效果良好。结论术后呼吸功能训练及精心护理对胸外科重症患者术后肺功能的恢复有积极作用。

Objective To explore the method and effect of postoperative respiratory function recovery in patients with se- vere Department of thoracic surgery. Methods 50 cases of severe patients in the Department of thoracic surgery after the oper- ation of respiratory function training guidance and careful nursing, observation and recording of respiratory function recovery. Re- suits 50 cases of postoperative respiratory function were timely and effective recovery, no death cases, no complications, respir- awry function recovery effect is good. Conclusion Postoperative respiratory function training and careful nursing have positive effect on the recovery of pulmonary function in patients with severe postoperative Department of thoracic surgery.
