Times value and practicing path of fellow villager culture in farmers' political participation

乡村社会转型时期,农民政治参与面临政治参与主体性弱化、参与方式非制度化和参与环境复杂化等现实困境。乡贤文化是乡村社会的内生力量,能凝聚乡村人文精神、带动农村经济发展、实现乡村治理现代化,对于当前农民政治参与具有人文道德价值和经济社会效益。发挥乡贤文化的时代价值,推动农民政治参与,需要从提炼乡贤文化精华,丰富政治参与文化积淀,发挥乡贤示范、引领和带动作用,完善政治参与制度保障,搭建平台吸引乡贤返乡,夯实政治参与经济基础等方面共同构筑保障体系。

In the transition period of rural society,farmers are confronted with the realities such as political participation enervation,participation way＇ s non-institutionalization and participation environment＇ s complexity. Fellow villager culture is the endogenous power in the rural society,which can unite the rural humanistic spirit,promote the development of rural economy and realize the modernization of rural governance. Fellow villager culture is of humanistic moral values and economic and social benefits for current farmers＇ political participation. To exert times value of fellow villager culture and promote farmers＇ political participation,this paper suggests to construct the security system from the aspects such as extracting the essence of fellow villager culture,enriching political participation cultural accumulation,playing the leadership role,perfecting the system of political participation,setting up a platform to attract fellow villagers to return home and reinforcing economic foundation of political participation.
