我国新型粮食生产经营社会化服务水平测评

Evaluation on socialized service level of new grain production and operation in China

通过构建综合评价指标体系,对2004-2014年我国粮食生产经营社会化服务水平进行测评。结果表明,我国粮食生产经营社会化服务总水平整体呈上升趋势,其中粮食机械化服务水平、流通服务水平、保障与支持服务水平增长较为稳定,而粮食基础设施服务水平、产业化服务水平、科技与信息服务水平增长波动相对较大。应从夯实农业基础、强化农业科技创新、深化粮食加工和进一步推动粮食流通体制改革等方面提高新型粮食生产经营社会化服务水平。

Through the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system,this paper evaluates the social service level of grain production and operation in China from 2004 to 2014. The results indicate that the overall level of socialized services of China＇s grain production and operation shows an upward trend. Of which,food mechanization service level,circulation service level,security and support service level growth are quite stable,while the levels of food infrastructure service,industrial service and technological and information service growth show relatively larger fluctuation. This paper also puts forward some strategies to improve the socialized service level of new grain production and operation from the aspects of consolidating agricultural fundation,strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation,deepening grain processing and further promoting grain circulation system reform.
