全域旅游视角下平潭国际旅游岛建设研究

A research on the construction of Pingtan International Tourism Island from the perspective of global tourism

基于对平潭国际旅游岛建设的区位格局、资源禀赋、政策保障、产业支撑、对台融合等优势分析,以特区化与特色化定位国际旅游岛建设、以全新角度与全新高度构建国际旅游岛建设理念,提出以全域旅游为指导理念,从倡导全域旅游景观、开发全时空旅游产品、提供全程旅游服务、强化全景旅游体验、构建全开放旅游市场、培育全友好旅游环境、开展全方位旅游治理等方面构建全域旅游系统,以期将平潭建成国际知名旅游目的地、海岛生态旅游示范区、两岸同胞共同家园以及对外开放重要窗口。

Based on the analysis of Pingtan International Tourism Island＇s location pattern,resource endowment,policy guarantee,industrial support and integration with Taiwan,this paper proposes that the International Tourism Island should be built from a new angle and a new height under the concept of specialization and characterization. In addition,a global tourism system should also be constructed from the aspects of advocating the global tourism landscape,developing time-space tourism products,offering full travel services,strengthening panoramic travel experience,building a fully open tourism market,cultivating a friendly travel environment and carry out all-round tourism management. It is aimed to make Pingtan International Tourism Island a well-known international tourist destination,a demonstration zone of island eco-tourism,a common home for compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait as well as an important window for further opening up.
